RETURNS

The product must be new, unused, with original labels and tags, and in its original bag and packaging, and must be returned within 15 days of delivery date. Keeping it dry during the first month allows the leather fibers time to soften and absorb oils, which in turn helps it become naturally resistant to water. Vegetable-tanned leather is also sensitive to heat and is best kept away from extremely hot areas as well as long periods of direct sunlight.

Your first cleaning can be done after a month of using your item. For a light clean, you can use a damp cloth and gently blot the leather.
