RETURNS

2. The return must be made exactly as advised by 0770.
3. 0770 will not accept any returns sent through customs incorrectly, which may result in customs fees. 0770 will not pay for return shipping or any customs taxes and duties incurred upon return, unless otherwise agreed in writing by 0770.

The product must be new, unused, with original labels and tags, and in its original bag and packaging, and must be returned within 15 days of delivery date. If we agree that the product was indeed defective, 0770 will offer a size exchange, an item exchange if it has defects, or a refund in the form of a voucher of equal value to be used within two years (less shipping costs).

Do not use regular soap to clean vegetable-tanned leather, as long-term use of regular soap can damage it over time due to the chemicals the soap may have.
