Returns
We only replace items if them are defective, damaged, or need to be resized. Our products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
If the goods are faulty them may be returned within fifteen days of delivery date, provided the following conditions apply:
The return must be approved by 0770 and agreed by email as detailed below.
The return must be sent exactly as advised by 0770.
0770 will not accept any returns sent through customs incorrectly which may incur customs charges.
0770 will not pay for returns or duties and taxes incurred upon return unless otherwise agreed in writing by 0770.
The product must be new, unused, with the original label and tags and in its original packaging and must be returned within 15 days after purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your can choose whatever you want to replace your item with another 0770 piece or get a store credit (valid for 2 years). 0770 will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your returns, excluding weekends, public holidays.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS: CUSTOMIZED ITEMS, SALE ITEMS.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
