The most accurate tool for measuring yourself at home is a soft measuring tape or tailor’s tape.
Measure all the way around your body at the places shown.
If the piece is intended to be worn over clothing, this will add to the measurement, so please if this is the case, measure on top of your clothing, and vice versa.
